At the end of October 2018, in various regional chains, training courses "Deciding together at CVA / NAH" will be offered.

The training deals with the theory of decision making and its implementation in practice.

There is also room to practice with each other.

How can you involve the patient and your loved one when making decisions about healthcare? Which techniques can you apply? How do you deploy a selection aid?

A maximum of 12 chain coordinators, knowledge brokers and other healthcare innovators can be trained per schooling.

Dates and locations of training Together Decide:

> Monday 15 October 16.00-19.30 hours Assen = VOL

> Friday 26 October 9.30-13.00 hours South region = VOL

The training is funded from the project "Deciding together in the CVA Rehabilitation". This project is a subsidy from the Zorginstituut.

The training courses are intended for chain coordinators, Knowledge brokers and for care providers from rehabilitation centers and GRZ institutions.

Participants in the training receive a certificate and optional materials.
